I've used MIMEDefang (with sendmail/milter and multiplexor interface),
which uses SpamAssassin, which uses Razor2, on hosts which process mail
for 10K-20K users, with excellent success. The MIMEDefang multiplexor
is the key to keeping things flowing smoothly under heavy load, and
avoiding excessive fork/exec calls which have a large negative impact
on performance.
