In my case, I'm using Razor in conjunction with SpamAssassin.

My procmail file has a check for "X-SPAM-STATUS: Yes" *AND* for 
"RAZOR2_CHECK"...if it finds both, it dumps the message into the bitbucket 
(or wherever you like).  If it only finds "X-SPAM-STATUS: Yes" then it 
gets put into a file called "caughtspam", where I can review it.  Any 
messages that aren't spam get moved out of that file.  Any messages that 
are actually spam remain in that file.  I then run razor-report against 
the contents of that file, and let it fly.
