Hmm, any chance the false hits are multipart messages with embedded images and the like?
by default razor hits if any mime part is in the database, not all of them.
Any chance of getting a debug enabled run of a false-positive message showing the conversation with the server and what sigs matched?
If you can't re-run, you might already have enough info in your razor logs, depending on how you call razor.
