You should upgrade to SA 2.60 2.55 makes references to a number of very dead RBLs
Yes, you should definitely avoid using 2.55 unless you hand fix the dead RBLs (OSIRUSOFT, etc).
However the dead RBLs will not cause the razor failures.
That's usually a function of confused paths (razor installed in /usr/* and sa installed in /usr/local/*..). I'd suggest that Tanen check for path strangeness in his installations.
