On the subject of the occasional spam that gets through to this list, is it actually filtered for spam ?
Sourceforge does some filtering of all the lists..
They have a few simple SMTP layer content filters, ie: they bounce any message containing the V-pill word.
They also run all the mail through spamassassin. (I use non-standard header names, so I can actually see that your post was scanned by their copy of SA).

The score patterns I've seen suggest they use SA 2.60 with set1 scores.
