Try resolving a.razor2.cloudmark.com instead...
If you run tcpdump while doing a razor-admin --discover, you can watch it make that query, get a CNAME back, then query the CNAME...
It then tries to resolve b.razor2.cloudmark.com, etc, until it gets a NXDOMAIN back.
