This isn't a Razor question. Try a Spamassassin list. procmail-invoked SpamAssassin can't do "rejects" - as the email's already been completely received. Those are SpamAssassin rulesets and scores. S-A does tagging, which leaves it to the mail user agent (e-mail client or procmail itself) to figure out what to do with the tagged emails. If you don't want to "see" emails with those tags, just setup a "filter" in your email client to scan for those SpamAssassin rule-tags and auto-delete or something.
