Yes, yesterday evening they replied to me and pride was having issues due to
load (AFAIK).

My guess is that with the major increase in virus activity (MyDoom & SoBig),
and the subsequent spambots they create, load is way above normal for all
larger mail servers (ISP/Big Corp), and as such, the razor servers are also
getting hammered as more activity translates to more razor-checks.

They then added two more servers to the config mix (servers.catalogue.lst).
Now there are malice and thrill, in addition to pride.  Thrill was timing
out for a while when the additions were first made, but seemed to clear up
within an hour or so.  My main mail server, for example, normally processes
around 35K+ msgs per 24 hour period, and it is up to about 50K+ now.  So
this sort of major spike in activity would definitely translate to a much
larger load on the razor servers.

With that said, Razor does appear to be back to normal working order, at
least on my end, since about 1700 (-0500) yesterday.
