My resolv.conf file looks at my DNS servers first, then goes outside.
10.128.200.4 is the first entry in my resolv.conf.  Should this be
different?

Just as a wild guess.  I think razor needs the first dig request to work
correctly.  I don't know from your entry here if 10.128.200.4 is in your
resolv.conf file or is a subsequent followers or other parent.
