You know, I looked at the razor-report man page multiple times.  I just
didn't expect it to be the last option listed in the man page, I
expected it to be next to the -s or -d options.  That's what I get for
thinking while my eyes are open  <sigh>

So razor-check seems to exit with errorlevel 0 if it's a known spam and
errorlevel 1 if it's not a known spam and razor-report can be made to
work without forking.  That's what I wanted.
