Greetings,

I have found out that Razor performs traffic to 66.35.250.209
(projects.sourceforge.net.) on TCP dest port 80.
I would like to know what that is, why it is, and possibly how to stop razor
from performing such HTTP requests.
Is it of any use for the actual razor checks? It seems not here, as these
are blocked by my firewall anyway, and razor works
even these requests get blocked (SA install here).

When I deactivate razor checks from SA config, those connections attempts
stop.
Or maybe "TCP ping" means TCP port 80? this is unclear to me.

Below is the FAQ extract describing protocols used by razor.

Thanks!

Q: I have a firewall. What ports do I need to open in order for
   Razor2 to work?

Outgoing TCP port 2703 (Razor2) and TCP port 7 (Echo). Razor2 uses TCP
pings to discover what servers are closest to it.
