The debug level in razor-agents.conf didn't do anything when passing a test message from the SA dist. But when I ran a "spamassassin -D < message.txt" it clearly called Razor2. And it's enabled in local.cf. I ran the SA test as user vscan, which is the user Amavis-new runs as.
