Whats the chance of anyone else doing a razor submit on that exact combination? Is your trust level so high at razor that this would matter?
Or more importantly, is anyone likely to care if razor thinks a SA encapsulation of spam is spam?
However, I would suggest Todd take steps to avoid such reports. It wastes CPU time, network resources and database space.
Since he no longer has the messages, there's not much he can do at this point anyway.. Can't really revoke without the messages.
