Install Razor, then install SpamAssassin.  SA will see that Razor is 
installed, and will make use of it, by default.

SpamAssassin scans an email message for a lot of specific things that make 
a message appear to be spam.

Razor checks the contents of a message against a remotely stored database 
of known, reported spam messages.
