The specific problem below is a bug in razor2-agents where it is
reporting an empty Engine 1 signature (in Razor2, signature algorithms
are called "engines") -- you can see this by the lack of a value after
``s=''.  The server returns ``err=230'', which means it wants the full
content of the message, and the razor2-agents are reporting the
content successfully, as indicated by the ``Server accepted report''
log message.

However, you're running an old version of razor2-agents.  I would
upgrade to razor-agents-2.40:

The upgrade will probably eliminate the erroneous behaviour and
subsequent logfile warning.
