Excellent. I'm sure we Razor users will appreciate it.

At this stage in the Razor/SpamNet project, I wondered how valuable the
Razor userbase is. Presumably its value comes from the spam submissions,
which leads me to wonder what the comparitive volume, efficiency and
latency of Razor compared to SpamNet.

By "volume", I mean total number of submissions per unit time/signature
(as appropriate); by "efficiency" I mean the proportion of submissions
which achive a reasonable default threshold for spamishness; and by
"latency" I mean the amount of time from the first submission of a given
signature to the mean or median.

I'd also be interested to know how the TeS ratings of Razor and SpamNet
users compare, if there is a valid comparison which can be made.
