Are you running procmail.rc from /etc or ~/.procmailrc?

You also need a lock or you will have multiple instances of
spamassassin.

:0fw: spamassassin.lock


your errors are probably from trying to write to the same file from
more than one process at the same time ????


or, who owns the process 'spamd'?  Should be $USER, domain or domain24??
