Are you running procmail.rc from /etc or ~/.procmailrc? You also need a lock or you will have multiple instances of spamassassin. :0fw: spamassassin.lock your errors are probably from trying to write to the same file from more than one process at the same time ???? or, who owns the process 'spamd'?
