I noticed such massive decrease some time ago. I then upgraded 2.220 to 2.400 (a try) but it won't help me at all. Last time my client found spam in databaze was on Jun 02 07:58:17.551846 (CET=+02). I even tried to freshen up my servers list, no success too (in a meaning, situation didn't get better). Some time ago even viruses used to end up in my probably-spam folder and many of them were catched by razor. This changed too.
