I have received a spam message for more than 10 times today. I noticed that the e4 signature did not change. I have used razor-report to report each time I receive the mail. However, the razor server still reply signature not found. I would like to know whether it is normal. Do the servers take time to synchronize with each others?
No, it generaly takes multiple different people reporting a message in order to have razor consider it spam.
How much impact your individual report has varries with the amount of trust razor has in you based on your past reporting patterns. This is what TeS is and does, although it's largely undocumented.
