I read most of:

But did not see where or when do I send any report to razor's servers.
Is it sent automatically at each check ?

No.. Reporting at each check would be pointless. How would razor know if the message you are checking should be reported as spam or nonspam?

There's a command-line app for reporting spam, razor-report. It's on that docs page you reference above..

False-positives can be reported using razor-revoke. Also on the docs page.

SA also has a spamassassin --report command-line option to do reporting. It's handy in that it will undo any SA spam-markups automatically, then feed the results to razor. Since razor is dependant on the contents of the message body, removing the markups is important.

SA will pretty much automatically make use of razor queries. You can check for SA's ability to find and use razor in the debug output:
spamassassin --lint -D
