Razor doesn't look at headers at all, just the body of each message.
However, if you have SpamAssassin doing "safe" reporting -- replacing
the body of the message with a report and a MIME part containing the
original message -- Razor will see the modified message, including the
report and the attachment with all the headers. If you use the default
SA settings, spamassassin -r will extract the original message and
report it to Razor and, if you have them installed as well, Pyzor, DCC,
and Spamcop.
