Is $sa_local_tests_only = 0; an environment variable? I believe I typoed and I was running 2.63, but today I upgraded to 3.0.3 and I am still getting no Razor hits.
Firewall is in order because I am able to Telnet to applicable ports. I installed DCC and it is exhibiting the same behavior. Oddly, when I do a spamassassin -D --lint it shows a DCC hit.. but it still hasn't tagged any mails as such. Make sure you set: $sa_local_tests_only = 0; Not related, but upgrade to at least 2.64. 2.63 has known security issues.
