FWIW: This used to be true for Debian, but using Debian 3.1, I could
not get apt-get to create /etc/razor/razor-agent.conf. This is not a
virgin install however, so that may make a difference. I remember
installing razor a month or so ago on another Debian system and it
did create the /etc/razor/razor-agent.conf file, but it was not what
one would expect, it had no configuration options in it, just a
comment that it was created by blah blah (I don't remember).
