Can you give me razor-check -H output for the word document mail? Richard, could you look into the download issue?

In each case the common thread was the document attachment seemed to make the message itself show up in the Razor2 and Pyzor databases. I've checked the documents in the message quoted above and the only internet related item was the users work email address in the document. Past complaints like this have found the message listed in razor if the user complains quickly and if they wait a couple of days before letting me know the message is not listed in razor.
