As always, use at your own risk, but logged in as the user you
trying to configure, I would simply:

cd
mv .razor .razor-old
razor-admin -create
razor-admin -register

If razor-admin fails on the first try, run it once again.

If you are using SpamAssassin, you can test with:

spamassassin --lint -D

If everything is OK:
rm -r .razor-old
