This used to work in the past, but I have not checked recently.
Try:

cat message | razor-check -d

before and some time after reporting the message as spam.

You will see some lines like this:
may 19 [...] sig=bla bla: Is spam: cf 34 >= min_cf 21

If you have reputation enough as a spam reporter, your report
will make the confidence level for the message (34 in the example)
to be increased.

You will gain reputation as a spam reporter if your reports agree
with other reporters about what is spam and what is not.
