True, neither the download page nor the main page have been updated.

That said, you can get 2.82.

While waiting for the main page to update its link, you can get 2.82 by fixing
the link on the main page from razor-agents-2.81.tar.bz2 to
razor-agents-2.82.tar.bz2

The resulting link is:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/razor/razor-agents-2.82.tar.bz2?download

Which worked just fine for me...
