The best solution would be to find a way to not call SA in the first place for
your outbound email. This depends a LOT on how you've integrated SA with exim,
and would be better discussed on the spamassassin list.


That said, once SA starts processing an email, if razor is enabled, it will be
used. There's no SpamAssassin feature to bypass razor for some messages and not
others.

Hence my recommendation to bypass SA entirely for outbound mail.
