Amavis hides a great deal of what is going on from you. Set your log_level higher for testing in /etc/amavis.conf and then watch you amavis messages in the log. Also check that /etc/amavis.conf has this in SpamAssassin Settings $sa_local_tests_only = 0; # (default: false) Razor may be available and loaded when directly invoked from the keyboard, but Amavis may invoke SA with different parms, sometimes disabling network tests all together.
