I get this error EVERYTIME I run razor-report too. I gather about 100 emails in my "Not marked as Spam" folder and then run a script which send all the emails to razor-report. The first 2 to three times I run this it fails with "Error 202 while authenticating, aborting" then on the final run, it works and sends the reports.
