Jeremy, on my home system I run a perl script once a day that runs sa-learn, 
reports spam to Razor/Pyzor/DCC, if wanted and also if wanted, spamcop. It 
looks like you can turn off bayes learning if so needed. If you want a copy 
let me know, it works on my maildir format setup.
