Hello Everyone,

Yesterday, I sent an email here before I signed up for the list and it
bounced back to me. I have signed up for the list now.

I am having a problem getting razor2 to work. Any assistance that could be
provided would be appreciated. I installed it to our server and followed all
the procedures in the installation instructions. When running the test,
the file at the end said it installed OK but it seemed also that there were
some places that were skipped. I edited procmailrc global rc file in
usr/local/etc as below, but no spams are showing up in the spamrazor mail
box I set up. At first, I thought it was my procmailrc file, but after
trying some different edits of procmailrc, it may not be so. I have
included my procmailrc file below. I have spamassassin set to send mail to
the mailbox on the server called spam on our server as you can see below.
Spamassassin is set to 6.5. It picks up about 1300 spam messages a day.

I thought that maybe sending it to spamassassin and also to razor may be the
problem, so I removed the following two recipes from the procmailrc file

:0fw
|/usr/local/bin/spamc -U /var/run/spamd.sock

:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
/var/mail/spam

And after removing these two recipes, the spam mailbox stopped getting
anything, but the spamrazor mailbox also was still not getting anything. I
waited about an hour with the same results and then changed back to the
original procmailrc file before editing and the spam mailbox user started
getting spams from spamassassin again.

It is highly likely I have just not written the the procmailrc file
correctly. It could be something else. How can I test it to see if it is
working independently of procmailrc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

John Spohr
