However, try the following settings and see what you get ...
01. Start R:BASE X Editor
Main Menu | Settings | Editor Settings ...
[ ] Remember Last Working Directory
[x] Autorefresh Files in Working Directory
02. Exit R:BASE Editor X and start again.
