We are changing over some of our computers to Windows 10 and we use the latest version of RBASE 9.5. We are running into an inconsistent problem with one of our new machines. RBASE is not pinned to the taskbar but they use a desktop shortcut. When this user minimizes RBASE, the icon shows on the taskbar but she is unable to restore the session. She has to close out the session using the task manager. They have tried clicking, right clicking but nothing works. Here is the interesting thing.
1) We have another user who has Win 10 and when he minimizes RBASE, the session shows to the lower left outside of the taskbar just like Win 7. He has no problem restoring his session. 2) When I remote into her computer from my laptop (which uses Win 7), the minimized session shows to the lower left and I have no problem restoring the session. Is there a setting in Win 10 we need to look at?
