Albert I have been using Rbase in a Mac with Parallels for years, and it is almost as if I was in the actual windows environment. I love that Parallels can mount all the Mac drives and peripherals, I can print to the Mac printers without any extra efforts, etc. I can even use the command key in lieu of the control key. I can command tab or just click on the appropiate screen to switch between rbase and mac. I can even copy text from mac to pc and vis. I really don’t think I could ever use R-Base on a Mac as easily if I didn’t have Parallels. It is really worth-it.

The only applications for which I need Windows is RBTI applications, and when I am R:Basing, that is all that I am doing. A reboot will be no hassle to me.
