Jan, If the other forms run off of a main form, then as long as the application is up, that custom form action would run based on the timer, correct?

This would be instead of doing it each time a row is added to table1. What would be the most efficient way to do this? I looked at triggers, but it seems they would be based on each time a row is added. I am not sure if I want to go that route.
