Brad I used Excel and Notepad++ to open the attached file and everything appears to be ok.
You may want to check and make sure you don’t have and rogue RBase DLL files. Also check your IDQUOTES to make sure they are the reverse single quote. Reload the database and as a last resort I would install the last R:Base update you have.
