Has the meaning of PAUSE 0 changed?
In 7.x and earlier it would clear any existing PAUSE message (without clearing
the screen).
In X it displays a PAUSE box with no message.
I can still get rid of any existing PAUSE 3 message using CLS, but this has the
side effect of clearing the R> console as well.
Is there another way to clear PAUSE messages in R:Base X?--Larry

What does this error message mean? I have been seeing it fairly frequently.
I do not have a large number of variables defined, and processing seems to
continue without interruption or any problem occurring.--Larry
