Relational purist that I am, I would use a many-side table with a row for
each job function for an employee. Indexes would retrieve everybody with a
particular job function quickly. And a "SELECT List of (colname)" would get
you your comma-separated list if and when you need it.

Please note that JJ Calibrations will be closed on Friday the 23rd and
