Typically fonts have a “.ttf” extension. Simple right click on the file and 
select “Install” and Windows will install the font in the proper location so it 
is available to all applications. Installing fonts in a location other than the 
one Windows uses will result in the font not being seen by other applications.

In What folder would I store new fonts I download off the Internet?
I somehow misplaced my 3of9 barcode font and need to get a new one for RBASE.
