Patti, you could put comma delimited lists into the system. You would need 
something like:

Q,Answers

1.”3”
2,”2,6,7,10”
3,”1,8”

You could, if the questions always have the same list of answers based upon 
something else, create a table adding the Source to the data. 
Source INTEGER ref …
Question INTEGER ref …
AnswerList TEXT (30)
