All, I want to dynamically change the color of fields in a given column and for a given value in an Enhanced DBGrid. I'm using RRBYW19's Dynamically Changing DBGrid Column and Column Title Properties form as a guide and it changes the color of one or two column field values based on the column(s). Is it possible to make it work for a tested value, such as have the font color change for column EmpLName where EmpLName = 'Smith' concurrently with data entry in order to highlight duplicates within the grid?
