Dan

thank you for this information. SleepMode is already disabled.

Nevertheless the problem still exists.

Having for example 10 printjobs, it can happen that after some welldone
printjobs

the remaining jobs are ignored.

What I found out:

Connecting the printer to USB3, the printer works as it should. No problems.

Strange, very strange!

You might check the windows power settings to disable usb power saving.

Hi

Mostly no problem with printresult. But the printer likes the occasional
boycott.

After pull the usb-conector and connect again the receipt finally comes out.

The print job is given to windows, but somtimes the printer does not accept it.

Did anyone have experience with this situation?

(Surley no RBase problem.)

RBase XE

printer: star TSP100 futurePRNT

driver: ok, spooler

port : USB2

energymodi: off
