That is the result of your DATE SEQUENCE settings to MMDDYYYY.
Change the DATE settings as follows:
SET DATE FORMAT MM/DD/YYYY
SET DATE SEQUENCE MMDDYY
That should take care of it.

I have a problem with my date fields. For years I have processed
selected records controlled by a starting and ending variable in

message #2059 No Records Found.
When testing I use a browse command to find my problem and get the
same results. If I compare using the formats MMDDYY or MM/DD/YY no
records are found but if I use the format MMDDYYYY or MM/DD/YYYY I
get the correct data.
I am running version 9.5 My config settings are Date Format is
MM/DD/YY, Date Sequence is MMDDYYYY, Century threshold year is
30, and my default century is 19.
I would appreciate any suggestions to what happened and how do I fix it.
