I have a single seat, and a 5 seat addon, and as of today, when I try
to access the database from any computer in the network other than the
computer that the database resides on, I get the following message.
"The database is currently unavailable- It is probably open with MULTI
set OFF"
I have not changed any setting from when it was working properly for
Many years and continued up updating, and I am currently using Rbase
X, and have been for over a year. I do not have the most current
update. My 1 year ran out 2 days before the last update.
I disconnected all databases, and I "Set Multi On" several times. Even
set it off and back on a number of times.
Its not a network problem, because I can see all of the directories
and the files on the server computer. but the database will not
connect. After the error, the application loads, but no data.
Please help... My employees will not be able to work tomorrow morning
without the database running.
