| Fortunately, according to a list of files that can be attacked (provided by Norton A/V), rbase data files are not in the list, but of course can affect. EXE files. This apparently affects only servers (as noted in various tech blogs) as the Microsoft patch does not work for standalone desktops, at least with Win10, both 32 and 64 bit systems. Have not had a chance to try applying the patch to Win7 systems. ‎Microsoft seems to suggest that the patches can apply to desktops, but is not entirely clear.
