Thank you Razzak!  It didn't help but that's a good thing to know.

This happened accidentally, I did nothing I can point my finger to except maybe 
having 2 instances of R:BASE 9.5 opened simultaneously just prior to this 
happening.

Without knowing all details on your end :), here is one approach to bring your 
R:BASE eXtreme 9.5
(64) settings to the factory (RBTI installation) default:

Run the
c:\RBTI\RBG95_64\RBG95_64_Default_Settings.exe
and just follow the instructions.
