Check the default folder and the RBase folder (C:\RBTI\RBG95_64) for RStyle*.* Exit R:Base and then move them to another folder. Start R:Base again and then click on the check mark and/or settings to see if that may fix your problem.
I think the default scheme for R:Style is rbase.sch which is located in folder C:\RBTI\RBG95_64\SyntaxSchemes make sure it is there. If not there run your last RBase update for 9.5 and it should restore it. Hope this helps.
