We do this using Sharefile and by having the Sharefile Outook plug-in installed, they using the MapMail3 plug-in. Our routine looks at a client table for the email field(s), inserts them into the email, and when the email pops up, with the attachments, we click on the “Convert Attachments” link the Sharefile plug-in has provided. Then, of course, we hit send. Not completely automated, but it works well and seamlessly for us.
