Here's how ...

01. Set the sub-report to 'Child' (from 'Section') 02. Go to the sub-report's 
tab 03. Right-click Report Header and check NewPage. This will trigger a new 
page ONLY if the detail band has data 04. Right-click Report Footer and check 
NewPage. This make sure a new page is started after the sub-report is completed.
     This will not triggered if there's no data in the detail band.

That's all there is to it!

illustrate the use of such cool technique.
